UPDATE: RCHD cautions community on possible COVID-19 exposure at local events

Update: The Ripley County Health Department is now also cautioning anyone that attended the Prom at Romweber on July 11, 2020, that there is a possibility that you may have been exposed to COVID-19. If you begin to experience symptoms of COVID-19, please be tested and self-isolate.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea

The Ripley County Health Department is cautioning local residents that if you attended the Milan 4th of July parade on July 4, 2020, there is a possibility that you may have been exposed to COVID-19. If you begin to experience symptoms of COVID-19, please be tested and self-isolate.
