(Ripley County, IN) – The Ripley County Community Foundation will celebrate its impact over the past year at the Annual Dinner on Tuesday, June 25 from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Sunman American Legion.
The event will highlight 2023 accomplishments, celebrate retiring Board members Nancy Durham and Jim Black (pictured) for their contributions and dedication to the Foundation, and recognize nearly 60 scholarships to 37 students at Ripley County high schools..
There will also be special presentations of the Corinne’s Believers Memorial Scholarship, the Marysue (Luhring) Knisley Nursing Scholarship, and the Riley Duerstock Nursing Scholarship with family members in attendance to present these scholarships to the recipients.
This year’s theme is “Country Charm and Literacy,” which is inspired by the success of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Ripley County. You’re invited to dress for the theme.
