RIPLEY COUNTY, Ind. — The Ripley County Community Foundation recently announced small grants awarded to Ripley County non-profits in its fourth grant cycle of 2016.
These grants were made possible thanks to the Community Granting Funds administered through the Community Foundation.
The purpose of a small grant is to support local organizations with their short term, immediate needs.
The organizations receiving grants in the 4th cycle of 2016 are:
- Jac-Cen-Del schools receiving $187 for Breakout EDU Kits
- Milan High School receiving $500 for balances for chemistry
- St. Louis Church receiving $500 for Families Helping Families for the Christmas Gifts for Kids
- St. Louis School receiving $500 for a Literacy Intervention System
- The Town of Osgood receiving $500 for a defibrillator in the town hall/community center
- The Tyson Library receiving $500 for transforming Children’s space
- The Versailles Kiwanis Club receiving $500 for Bring Up Grades Awards
The next deadline will be Friday, March 3rd.
