Per Indiana law, dogs and cats three months of age and older must be vaccinated against rabies. The first rabies vaccine must be a one-year vaccine.
After the initial rabies vaccination, a three-year vaccine may be used to maintain protection. Dogs and cats must be given boosters annually unless they have received the three-year vaccine.
The rabies clinic will provide the one year rabies vaccine. Other vaccinations will be available upon request.
There is a $7.00 fee and the pets must be on a leash or in a pet carrier.
