SOUTHEASTERN IN — It is Primary Election Day, with polling places open until 6 pm.
Voters will choose nominees or candidates in various races, from members of Congress, state representative, county offices, and town council members, among others.
It is also the first time registered voters in Decatur County will cast ballots at one of 11 voting centers around the county, no matter where they live in the county.
The plan was adopted at the county level and formally approved by the Indiana Secretary of State’s office late last year.
