Members of the Greensburg Boys Track and Field team competed in cool temperatures Saturday morning at the Reserve EIAC meet. No team score was kept at South Dearborn, but the Pirates did have one individual winner with Jessi Hunter in the Shot Put. Jessi’s toss was 37′ 5″.
Other scorers were: Shot Put: 6th Landon Diekhoff 35′ 1″, 8th Cody Bauer 34′ 2″; Discus: 2nd Diekhoff 100′ 7″;4 x 800: 4th-9:53- Dylan Brown, Blaine Schroeder, Devin Imel (PR split), Eric Fisse; 110 Hurdles: 3rd Vincent Pavy 18.3; 400 m Dash: 3rd Imel 58.6 (PR), 7th Hunter 1:00.8; 300 Hurdles: 4th Pavy 48.9; 800: 7th Dylan Brown 2:29; 3200 m: 7th Kyran Luken 12:16 (PR); and 4 x 4: 6th-Hunter, Brown, Imel (PR split), Fisee-4:15; 8th-Schroeder, Matthew Hayes, Aaron Fogg, Gavin Amburgey (PR split)-4:40.
PR’s not listed above were: 1600 m: Fogg 6:17.9, Hayes 6:08.3; and 800 m: Hayes 2:51.2.
The Boys team will be in action Thursday evening in the IHSAA Sectional meet at East Central.

A small group of Lady Pirates Track & Field Team competed in the nonscored JV EIAC meet on Saturday. The girls performed very well with PRs or close to season best marks.
The biggest highlight of the day was Discus JV EIAC Champion Kailee Kidd winning the throwing event with a personal record of 78’2. Kidd also placed 5th in shot put while teammates Emily Lowe placed 8th and Emma Taylor threw a new PR in the event. Ribbon earner Savannah Kiefer represented the Lady Pirates in the distance events placing 8th in the 1600.
