The Greensburg boys soccer team poured in six first-half goals Saturday morning at Union County on its way to an 8-0 win. Senior Cy Miller started the scoring in the game’s first ten minutes with a goal off an assist from junior Ethan Smith. Miller scored again in the first half, this time assisted by senior John Robbins. Miller would then assist his younger brother Jacoby on a pair of goals to push the Pirate lead to 4-0. Robbins and senior Joey Yake finished off the first half with goals of their own. After halftime, Smith scored before assisting sophomore Lucas Kramer on the game’s final goal. Goalkeepers Colin Osborn and Andrew Bowman combined on a shutout, including two saves from Bowman, The Pirates (2-1, 1-0 EIAC) travels to Franklin County Tuesday for a 5:30 p.m. match.
