HOLTON, IN — The Ripley County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death in Holton.
Deputies, Ripley County EMS, and Holton firefighters responding to 7100 West Washington Street Friday morning shortly before 9:30 found 77-year-old Larry Simers of Osgood unresponsive.
Investigators say Simers’ death appears to be from natural causes.
Ripley County Deputy Coroner Brandy Herbert took possession of Simers’ body.
Autopsy results are pending.
