Dearborn County, In. — The Dearborn County Sheriff’s Department says Willie Messer, 37, of Osgood was killed in a traffic crash on State Road 48 on Thursday.
The report says Messer was eastbound near Burns Road around noon when he crossed the center line and struck a westbound truck driven by Bashir Ismail, of Worthington, Ohio. Messer died at the scene.
