One person was injured Sunday evening in a Ripley County crash.
A report from the Ripley County Sheriff’s Department says around 11 Tiffany Scruggs, 26, of Osgood, was northbound on U.S. 421 slowing to turn onto Michigan Road when she was struck from behind by a car driven by Racheal Pierce, 22, of Michigan. Scruggs was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The Ripley County Sheriff’s Department, Indiana State police, Rescue 69, New Marion Fire Department, Versailles Fire Department and Ripley County Medic all responded to the scene.
