Franklin County, In. — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department investigated a three-vehicle crash on Wednesday on U.S. 52 near Richland Creek Road.
Investigators say at 4:20 p.m. a car driven by Robert Ramey, 75, of Oxford, Ohio was eastbound on U.S. 52 attempting to turn onto Richland Creek Road. Another car driven by Renee Ertel, 47, of Cedar Grove, was unable to stop and hit the rear of Ramey’s vehicle. The collision pushed Ramey’s vehile into the rear of a car driven by Michael Estes, 17, of Brookville.
Sandra Ramey was a passenger with Robert and was transported for treatment to a local hospital.
