Franklin County, In. — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department says one person was hurt in a crash on Oxford Pike Wednesday.
Deputies say a car driven by Elijah Kalkhoff, 26, of Oxford, Ohio, was westbound on Oxford Pike, traveling too fast for the conditions. Kalkhoff failed to negotiate a curve and struck a utility pole and fence.
