North, South Decatur students kept from C4 courses due to threat at Columbus school

DECATUR/BARTHOLOMEW COUNTIES, IN — The investigation continues into a threat made at one of the Columbus C4 schools, which meant North and South Decatur students were not sent there Tuesday.

In a letter to Decatur County Community Schools students and parents, school officials wrote they made the decision not to send students to classes at Columbus C4 Tuesday in the interest of safety.

Decatur County School administrators said they are working with C4 and staying up to date on the investigation and that, “As always, our student safety is our highest priority.”
