North Decatur Football

The Chargers traveled to Monroe Central for a conference game between two ranked teams and walked away victorious.  For the third game in a row, the Charger defense held their opponent scoreless.  The Chargers allowed only 55 yards of rushing offense and 92 yards of passing offense.  The Charger offense, however, did not disappoint either.  Small school quarterback to watch, Carson Parmer, was 16 of 20 for 242 yards in the air.  This performance mirrored the Charger ground game of 211 yards delivered by a multitude of Chargers including Reid Messer, James Evans, Kaden Muckerheide, Mason Morris, and Corbin Thackery. Kicker Aiden O’dell was perfect on the evening for extra points and delivered superb kick-offs including one touchback.
