Greensburg, IN—The Decatur County Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for three awards through October 17, 2019. The three awards include the 2019 Don Horan Service Leader of the Year Award (Community Service Award), The 2019 Small Business Grant and the 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Applications can be obtained through the Chamber website or may be picked up from the front desk at City Hall, located at 314 W. Washington St., Greensburg, or the Chamber Office, which is also located at City Hall.
- 2019 Don Horan Service Leader of the Year Award– recognized as the top award in the community, this award is given to a citizen(s) who is both active in community service efforts and who makes a difference in Greensburg and Decatur County.
- 2019 Small Business Grant– Award of $1,000 to a Chamber member business in good standing.
- 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year Award– an award which was started in 2006 by the Chamber.
The winners of these prestigious awards will be recognized at the Chamber’s Annual Banquet on November 15 at Indiana Grand Racing and Casino.
