No Injuries in Greensburg House Fire

(Greensburg, IN) – No one was injured in a house fire at 10:15 p.m. Thursday night on the 400 block of North Davidson Street in Greensburg.

Responding units from the Greensburg Fire Department and other agencies found heavy flames coming from the rear of the house which extended into the attic.

Residents were who were home at the time of the fire made it out safely.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

The Greensburg Fire Department received assistance from the Letts Community Volunteer Fire Department, Decatur County EMS, the Greensburg Police Department, Decatur County Communications, Duke Energy and CenterPointe Energy.

It was the second house fire in Greensburg this week; one person was treated and release from a blaze on West Main Street Monday morning.
