Batesville, In. — Batesville Main Street has announced plans to bring the first ever “Cherry Thing-A-Ling Festival.” The event is designed to promote downtown businesses, both locally and regionally, and provide a fun destination event.
A free ice skating rink will be open to the public in the Village Green Saturday, February 16 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The rink is made possible through donations from the William A. & Martha H. Hillenbrand Foundation, John A. Hillenbrand Foundation, Enhanced Telecommunications, Global Atlantic, Margaret Mary Health, Bruns-Gutzwiller, Marti Tracy-Lohmiller Realty and Sharp Painting.
