(Greensburg, IN) – Negotiations are underway between the Greensburg Redevelopment Commission and Iron Men Developers to build apartments on the former Decatur County Jail site at South Broadway and Railroad streets.
Preliminary plans call for a three- to four-story apartment complex with 60 to 80 market-rate units to be built on the site.
The project could be completed in late 2025, if approved and construction stays on schedule.
