ND Volleyball and Cross Country Season Awards

North Decatur’s volleyball and cross country programs recently announced their 2021 season awards.

For volleyball, varsity award winners included Madi Allen for Most Improved and Madelyn Bohman for Most Valuable Defender and Mental Attitude.  Aubrey Kennelly won the Charger Award, Sami Luttel was the Most Outstanding Server while Caroline Stapp was named Most Valuable Attacker and MVP.

On the junior varsity side, Clare Kinker won the Charger Award,
Kelsey Haley claimed Most Improved and Tyce Robbins was the recipient of the Mental Attitude Award.

For cross country, Most Valuable Runners were Owen Geis and Jenna Walton. Rookies of the Year went to Noah Weisenbach and Cecilia Barber. Taking home Most Improved were Mason Dimett and Ellie Cox.

The Charger Awards went to Jack Cathey and Gracie Osting while the Captains Awards were claimed by Adam Mack and Lauren Holloway.

ND CC also recognized the following for their achievements during the season:

  • All-Conference- Jenna Walton and Gracie Osting.
  • All-County- Aiden O’Dell, Jenna Walton and Gracie Osting.
  • Regional Qualifiers- Jenna Walton and Gracie Osting.
