Napoleon, IN — The Ripley County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a Napoleon man. Investigators say 54-year-old Phillip Abrams was found dead by his wife at their home Wednesday afternoon around 4 pm. First responders from the Napoleon Fire Department were the first to arrive on the scene, followed by Osgood Police and Ripley County EMS. Sheriff’s deputies then responded to conduct the investigation with the help of Osgood Police and the Ripley County Coroner’s Office. Sheriff’s deputies say the investigation is still going on.
