Naomi Hostetter (nee Mason) passed away on the morning of December 21, 2025 at the age of 95. Naomi was born on May 22, 1930 in Guilford, Indiana, to Joseph and Ruth (Emerson) Mason. She was united in marriage to George J. Hostetter on May 2, 1954.
Naomi is lovingly remembered by her daughters Bonita Ruth (Steward Cline) and Christine Holly (Gary Honchell). Her legacy continues through her grandchildren Brianne Honchell, Daniel Honchell, Lauren (Jarret Silagyi), and Michaela Cline. She also held a special place in her heart for her great grandchildren Colson, Cade, and Collins Silagyi.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, her sister Holly (Wally Boyles), and her brothers Ralph (Margaret), Roy (Alice), Robert (Eljean), and Eugene (Helen).
Naomi was a life-long member of Guilford and Tanner Valley United Methodist churches.
Above all else Naomi will be remembered as a giving, caring, and loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend.
Visitation will be held at the Fitch-Denney Funeral Home on Saturday, December 27th, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. with funeral services following at 12:00 PM.
