Mrs. Kathleen Annette “Kathy” (Wynkoop) Tucker

Mrs. Kathleen Annette “Kathy” (Wynkoop) Tucker, age 80, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on November 11, 1942 in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late, George Henry Wynkoop and Blanche Grace (Lorey) Wynkoop-Bloom-Bubonic. She was raised in Warrendale, Pennsylvania where she attended high school. On August 22, 1959, Kathy was united in marriage to Ralph Tucker in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. In the 1960’s, Kathy and Ralph resided in Vevay, Indiana, while Ralph served his country. Kathy and Ralph shared 53 years of marriage together until Ralph passed away on November 21, 2012. Kathy was employed for the Ogle Haus Inn, US Shoe Factory and Randall Textron in Vevay, Indiana, for several years. Kathy enjoyed crafts with her husband and cooking and loved her animals deeply. Kathy passed away at 11:21 a.m., Friday, November 10, 2023, at the Norton King’s Daughters’ Hospital in Madison, Indiana.

Kathy is survived by her friend, Bonnie Pegg of Vevay, Indiana; her brother, Daniel Wayne Wynkoop of Knoxville, Tennessee; her sister, Shirley Ann Young of West Virginia and her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Henry Wynkoop; her mother, Blanche Grace (Lorey) Wynkoop-Bloom-Bubonic; her husband, Ralph Tucker; her brother, George Logan Wynkoop; her step-fathers, William Bloom and Andrew Bubonic; her step-mother, Mae Wynkoop; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, George Dewey and Muriel (Romans) Tucker; her sister-in-law, Geneva Green; her brothers-in-law, Kenny Tucker, Donald Tucker, Duane Armstrong and Earl Green; her niece, Adinna Devon Armstrong; her nephews, Shawn Lee Armstrong and Brian Tucker.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home,

Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana
