Mr. Michael “Mikie” Shane Thomas, age 46, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on July 5, 1979 in Madison, Indiana. He was raised in Vevay, Indiana and attended Switzerland County High School. Mikie loved playing and watching sports, especially basketball, and loved the Chicago Bears. Mikie passed away on Sunday January 18, 2026, at his residence.
Mikie is survived by his mother, Lisa Marie (Thomas) Reeves of Vevay, IN; his daughter, Julianne Marie Thomas of Madison, IN; his brother, Joshua Reeves of Vevay, IN; his nephew, Joshua Allen Reeves, II.; and his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Michael Dean Reeves.
