(Southeastern IN) – Much of the area remains classified as being in a drought.
The latest map from the U.S. Drought Monitor (pictured) shows the same thing as last time – all of Ripley and Dearborn counties and most of Franklin and Decatur counties in a moderate drought.
Other parts of Franklin and Decatur counties are still classified as abnormally dry.
