· Margaret Mary Physician Center

· Margaret Mary Medical Arts Center

· Margaret Mary Health Center of Batesville, including Immediate (Minor) Care

· Margaret Mary Health Center of Osgood, including Immediate (Minor) Care

· Margaret Mary Health Center of Brookville, including Immediate (Minor) Care

· Margaret Mary Health Center of Milan

· Margaret Mary Outpatient and Cancer Center

· Margaret Mary Rehab Center

· Margaret Mary Professional Center

Patients impacted by these closures will be contacted to reschedule appointments at their earliest convenience.
