Osgood, IN—Miss Ripley County 2019 Pagent was held Sunday evening in the Damm Theatre in Osgood. This year’s Miss Ripley County is Heidi Speer. She also won the People’s Choice Award and Formal Wear Award.
Other winners include Miss Congeniality, Lacy Engelking.
