An accused murderer will plead guilty to the murder of 64-year-old Nancy Hershman, of Milan.
16-year-old Sean David Nichols, of Cincinnati, will appear in Ripley Circuit Court on Tuesday afternoon, where he is expected to be plead guilty and be sentenced for his involvement in the December 30, 2012 murder.
The other two defendants charged in this incident, Allison Moore and Daniel Hodges, remain in custody and are awaiting their trials which are scheduled for March 31 and July 7, 2014 respectively.
Although a minor, a judge waived Nichols to adult court in March.
