Bright, IN—The Miller Township Board will be holding a meeting for the taxpayers in Miller Township in Dearborn County on Thursday, June 25 at 7 pm at the Bright Lion’s Building to consider the establishment of a Cumulative Fire Fund under the provisions of Indiana Code 36-8-14 for the following purposes: For all uses set out in I.C.§36-8-14-2.
The tax will be levied on all taxable real and personal property within the taxing district and will not exceed $.0333 per $100 of assessed evaluation. The proposed fund will be levied beginning with the taxes due and payable in the year 2021.
