Madison, In. — Some people call it the sound of freedom, while others just call them annoying, loud explosions. Military officials say training at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center this week does include some loud explosions.
Indiana State Police in Versailles say they have received complaint calls from Ripley County towns including Osgood. Officials say there is no need to call police with reports about the noise.
