Melvin Lee Ritchie Sr. 80 of Moores Hill passed away Wednesday March 21, 2018 at his home with his family by his side. Melvin was born Wednesday April 21, 1937 in Lathem, Ohio the son of Chalis and Jesse (Green) Ritchie. Melvin was a member of Moores Hill Church of Christ. He enjoyed Street Roding, old cars, bowling, building and playing cards. He was a machinist for Cincinnati Incorporate.
Melvin is survived by his wife: Virgie Ritchie of Moores Hill; son: Melvin (WeiWei) Ritchie Jr. of Delhi, Ohio; step-sons: James (Beth) Peace of North Vernon; William (Stephanie) Peace of TN; daughters: Rhonda Clark of Aurora; Teresa Mueller of Aurora; Jennifer (Paul) Markland of Moores Hill; step-daughter: Lindsey Eads of Bloomington, IN; sister: Linda Allen of Greendale; Many grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 grandsons: Jason Clark, Brandon Barker, step-son: Terry Peace; sister: Dean Jordan.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday March 23, 2018 at Moores Hill Church of Christ 13567 State Road 350 Moores Hill, In 47032 with Tito Pel officiating.
