Mary Francis Trog, 87, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
She was born in Batesville, IN, daughter of the late Francis Pat Connelton and Helen (Clements) Connelton.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and Tri-Kappa Sorority.
Mary enjoyed playing BINGO and Slot Machines. She liked to knit, crotchet, quilt, and cross stitch. Mary loved living in a small town and knew everyone. She was very social and did not know a stranger. Mary was a Reds fan, loved to bake, read Harlequin Romance novels and watch Hallmark Movies. The best romance ever was her 57 year marriage to the love of her life, Arthur Trog.
Mary is survived by her Sister, Helen Ann Peters of Cincinnati, OH; Grandchildren, Shanda Batchelor, Kristina (Chris) Barrott, Brian (Cheni) Batchelor, Lynnsey Trog, Lauren (Alan) Peterson.
She was preceded in death by Father, Francis Pat Connelton; Mother, Helen Connelton; Husband, Arthur Trog; Brother, Joe Connelton; Son, Steven Trog; Daughter, Kimberly Batchelor;
Friends will be received Thursday, October 20, 2022, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Friday October 21, 2022 at 10:00 am with Father Mahan officiating.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
