Mary Catherine Roseberry, 83, passed away on November 27, 2020 at her residence in Greensburg.
Born, January 9, 1937 in Greensburg, she was the daughter of Clarence Joseph and Mary Stella (Thewes) Veerkamp.
Mary drove the bus for DSI for over 20 years. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
Mary is survived by one son; Pat Roseberry, two daughters; Lisa Roseberry, Kim Hubbard, two brothers; Charles Veerkamp, Dale Veerkamp, six sisters; Joyce (Marvin) Hahn, Gladys Catron, Helen (Chauncey) Robbins, Diane (Sheldon) Roberts, Sharon Veerkamp, Betty Hudnall, 15 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Clarence “Huck” Veerkamp, Bob Veerkamp, two sisters, Eleanora Bartholomew, Georgianna Veerkamp, two sons, Dwight Roseberry, Jeff Roseberry, and 3 grandchildren.
While observing CDC and state guidelines for social distancing and required facial coverings, family and friends will gather at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greensburg to pray the rosary. Visitation will follow until the funeral mass to be held at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Meyer officiating. The funeral mass will be streamed live on the funeral home Facebook page.
Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
