Martha H. (Schwier) Clark, 81, of Dillsboro passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lawrenceburg. Martha was born on Monday, May 3, 1943, in Milan; daughter of William and LuLu (Schumacher) Schwier. Martha graduated from North Dearborn High School in the class of 1963. Martha married the love of her life, Daniel Clark, on April 8, 1978, and he preceded her in death on March 3, 2015. Martha was a past member of the St. John Lutheran Hubbells Corner, and a current member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Dillsboro. She enjoyed doing puzzle books and watching TV. Martha most of all loved her family.
Martha will be missed by her son Michael (Stefanie) Clark of Chesterton, Indiana; nieces Elizabeth (Brad) Litmer, Faith Schwier, and Charity (John) Springman; sister-in-law Doris Schwier; and grandchildren Stacy, Jamie, and Brooke Clark.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents William and LuLu Schwier; husband Daniel Clark; and brother Donald Schwier.
Family and friends may gather in remembering Martha from 10:00-11:00 AM, Thursday, July 11, 2024, at the Filter-DeVries-Moore Funeral Home in Dillsboro. A service will immediately follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Richard Kolaskey officiating. Burial will follow at Evangelical Union Cemetery; 12523 N Dearborn Road Hubbells Corner, Indiana 47041. Memorials may be given in honor of Martha to the family.
