Marlene A. Howlett, 82, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away January 31, 2018 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
She was born June 30, 1935 in Lawrenceburg,, IN, daughter of the late Herbert and Esther Hornbach.
She worked for Community Mental Health Center, with over 12 years of service.
Marlene worked at After Chores Craft Store and at craft shows for many years. She enjoyed counted cross stitch, quilting and was an avid reader. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Surviving are her loving husband, Estol A. Howlett of Aurora, IN; daughters, Karen (Cliff) Jackson of Aurora, IN, Tina Howlett of Lawrenceburg, IN; Sister, Carolyn (Vic) Fay of Lawrenceburg, IN; granddaughter, Cody Jackson of Cincinnati, OH, grandson, Will (Becca) Jackson of Aurora, IN; great-grandsons, Charlie & Henry Jackson and one great grandchild on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Deanna Delap, and brother, David Hornbach.
Friends will be received Tuesday, February 6, 2018, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at the funeral home at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
