Marjorie (Margie) Sue Graf was born on July 21, 1941, in Brookville, Indiana, daughter to Charles and Virginia (Klusman) Lohrey. She graduated from Brookville High School and later obtained her nursing degree from the Jewish Hospital. Margie married Clifford Bulach (St. Leon, IN) and they had three children, Bonnie, Connie and Joe.
Margie enjoyed the outdoors, travel, gardening and spending time with family on the Bulach Farm. As a young mom, she worked at The Tree House and Covered Bridge Inn restaurants but realized her true devotion was serving people, which inspired her to become a Registered Nurse. After nursing school, she worked at Dearborn County Hospital until her retirement. Margie later married Dale Graf and enjoyed raising terrier dogs together. She adopted her lifelong furry friend, Lilly the feisty chihuahua. It wasn’t out of the ordinary that Margie would be watching her favorite TV show, “The Curse of Oak Island”, with Lilly on her lap, eating Skittles, ice cream or popcorn. Margie loved life and was always generous in giving to non-profit organizations and supporting family and friends in their life endeavors.
On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at the age of 83 she passed away peacefully at Envive of Brookville after a long battle against Parkinson’s Disease.
