DECATUR COUNTY, IN — A Greensburg man has entered a guilty plea to Domestic Battery in connection with an incident that took place in February 2021.
Decatur Circuit Judge Tim Day ordered three years suspended to Probation for 25-year-old Dalton Ray Grossman, who was accused of assaulting his two-year-old stepson.
Grossman was also ordered to pay restitution and to not have any contact with his victim or unsupervised contact with any child.
