BATESVILLE, IN — The Batesville Sky Color Rain artistic installation is on display at the corner of Main and Boehringer streets downtown.

The Batesville Area Arts Council (BAAC) said the display is inspired by rainbows that appear after a storm and is composed of colorful ribbons that move with the wind.

The installation is new for this year and will be on display until June.

The Umbrella Sky Project will return in July with a different palette of colors.

That display will be up until September.

BAAC expects visitors from all over the region to make their way to Batesville to view and take their pictures under Color Rain and Umbrella Sky.

For updates on the displays, follow the organization’s Batesville Sky Facebook page or visit the BAAC website.
