RIPLEY COUNTY, Ind. — Hubert Brown, the man driving the tractor last Monday when it was hit by the suspected drunk driver, has died from his injuries.
According to police, Brown, 65, of Harrison, was driving the tractor when he was rear ended by a Buick Lesabre, last Monday.
The crash happened on State Route 350 near Base Road in Ripley County.
Brown was thrown from the tractor during the crash.
