Greensburg, IN — Around 2 pm on Wednesday, the Greensburg Fire Department was dispatched to the 5000 block of County Road 400 South for a report of a person caught in farming equipment. Mutual aid was called in from several surrounding Fire departments due to the location in the county.
As a result of the accident, Adam Holtkamp, of Greensburg, died from injuries.
Also assisting at the scene were the Napoleon Volunteer Fire Department, New Point Volunteer Fire Department, Decatur County Coroner, Decatur County Sheriff’s Department, and Decatur County EMS.
