Local Companies Eliminated from Coolest Thing Tournament

(Batesville/Greensburg, IN) – It’s the end of the road for two local companies that were in the running for the title of Coolest Thing Made In Indiana.

Batesville-based Wood-Mizer and Honda’s Indiana Auto Plant in Greensburg were both outvoted in the second round of this year’s online competition.

However, Southeastern Indiana still has a representative in the tournament after Harpsicle Harps in Rising Sun made it to the round of 32.

This is the fourth year for the contest, which is put on by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Indiana Destination Development Corporation.

The winner will be announced in December.
