Reverend Lloyd Philip Weber, 85, died early Sunday morning. He was born to Clinton and Elnora (nee Belter) Weber on their farm near Batesville, Indiana on March 23, 1930. Following graduation from Mission House (now Lakeland) College and Seminary, he served churches in Wisconsin and southern Indiana before accepting a call to serve the Church of the Good Shepherd in Elk Grove Village in 1963. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; daughter Cindy Stockmeier (and Bruce) of Elk Grove Village and their children Erik, Brett, and Annaliese; son David (and Debbie) of Elk Grove Village and their children Adam, Clinton, Kristina Schmidt, and Stacey; daughter Patricia (and Greg) Sullivan of Olney, MD, and their children Stephanie O’Neil, Kathryn, and Brian; daughter Judith (and Mark) Paris of Valparaiso, IN, and their children Alexis, Isabella, and David; granddaughters Brittaney and Mackenzie Weber of Atlanta, GA; and four great-grandchildren; Elijah Simonton, Hannah Schmidt, Scarlett O’Neil, and Emilia Perez. He was predeceased by his son Tom, granddaughter Lara Stockmeier, brother John, sister Janet Kelley, and parents. Visitation will be at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Road, Elk Grove Village, on Tuesday, March 15, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm and again on Wednesday, March 16, from 9:30 to 11:00 am. A memorial service celebrating his life will begin at 11:00 am. The family asks that well-wishers consider donating to the Northwestern University (Primary Progressive Aphasia) PPA Education and Research Fund or Heifer International .
