(Statehouse) – State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) co-chaired the last Rural Caucus meeting of the 2024 legislative session at the Statehouse on Wednesday, February 21 (pictured).
The caucus discussed federal broadband dollars, the impact of horse racing on Indiana’s economy and other issues impacting rural communities.
Leising represents Senate District 42, which includes Decatur, Ripley, Fayette, and Rush counties, and portions of Franklin, Jennings and Shelby counties.
