Brookville, In. — Franklin County commissioners say LED caution signs at Pipe Creek slab crossing has been installed. The plan was adopted following the death of a Carol Jackson, 63, of Clarksburg over the New Years’ holiday this year.
The signs are solar-battery powered and cost $1,600 each
