DECATUR COUNTY, Ind. — A Laurel woman was arrested for fraud and theft in Decatur County.
According to police, Deborah Weber, 43, was arrested after a theft investigation.
When the officers talked to the victim, she told them that she gave Weber her bank card and authorized Weber to pay for two items totaling $195.
She also told police that she received her bank card back in the mail 10 days later.
When she reviewed her bank account, she noticed multiple purchases totaling $943.52 during the 10 day period.
Weber was arrested on charges of Fraud on a Financial Institution and Theft.
