Larry I. Wright, age 65, of Brookville, Indiana died Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at his residence.
Born January 14, 1951 in Rushville, Indiana he was the son of the late George & Leona (Forehand) Wright. On June 1, 1990 he was united in marriage to the former Judy Quinlan, and she survives.
Larry was retired from Sperry-Rice in Brookville where he had worked for over 43 years. In his leisure time he enjoyed country music, hunting & fishing, camping, attending antique machinery shows, as well as woodworking.
He was a member of the Sons of the Bernard Hurst Post #77 of the American Legion, Brookville; and a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #1129 of Brookville.
Besides Judy, his loving wife of over 26 years, survivors include four children, Michelle Wall of Georgia, Neil Kaiser of Brookville, Indiana, Laura Koors of Andersonville, Indiana and Lance Kaiser of Laurel, Indiana; seven grandchildren; four sisters, Alice Bishop, Irene Pope and Mary Steiner all of Brookville, Indiana, Brenda Smith of Mt. Carmel, Indiana.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Linda Ann Wright.
Family & friends may visit from 4 until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, November 4, 2016 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville.
Rev. Kevin Waltz and Marvin Wright will officiate the Funeral Services on Saturday, November 5, 2016, 11:00 A.M., at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home in Brookville. Burial will then follow in Big Cedar Cemetery in Brookville.
