Larry Collier, 65, of Holton passed away Monday, July 5, 2021, at his residence. Larry was born on Monday, January 2, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Charles and Lois (Payne) Collier. Larry worked in the control tower at CVG. You could often find Larry outdoors, whether he was golfing, fishing, riding 4-wheelers, camping, or hiking in the woods. He was an avid Bengals and Reds fan.
Larry is survived by Sandy Souder of Versailles; daughters Teresa Adams (Etta Adams) of Batesville and Pam Furnish of Napoleon; Mother Lois Collier of Moores Hill; brother James “Bill” (Debbie) Collier of Batesville; sisters Candy (Claude) Brown of Moores Hill, Carlene (Roger) Voegele of Osgood, and Debbie Morgan of Batesville; 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Larry was preceded in death by his father Charles, sister Connie Collier, brother Jeffrey Collier, granddaughter Christina, and grandson Christopher “CJ” Carf Jr.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember Larry from 10 AM – 12 PM on Friday, July 9, 2021, at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan. A service will follow at 12 PM also at the funeral home with Pastor Bob McCreary officiating. Memorials may be given in honor of Larry to the American Cancer Society.
