(Washington Township/Decatur County, IN) – The Washington Township Advisory Board opened sealed bids this week for the 16 township owned properties at Lake McCoy.
Four bidders submitted a total of seven bids but only one met the minimum requirements and was accepted.
The remaining 15 parcels will be sold at an auction on June 8 at 10 a.m. at the Studebaker Studio on Lincoln Street in Greensburg.
