The Lady Wildcats proved to be an offensive dynamo with the following players scoring goals: Brylee Pace, Grace Noble, Hannah Surber, Jordan Nichols and goalkeeper Shelby Pearson. Hannah Surber also took 9 corner kicks on the night.
The Lady Wildcats were able to take a lot of shots in the first half of the game but lacked accuracy. In the second half, Coach Adams asked the team to begin playing more simple and short passes in the final third and the adjustment paid off with the Wildcats scoring 4 goals in the last 20 minutes of the game.
Jamie Stortz and Jessica Parker continue to keep the possession game flowing throughout the field with excellent first touch and ball distribution.
Shelby Pearson also had 7 saves on the night and proved her prowess as a field playing by scoring the final game of the match. She was phenomenal at both ends of the pitch.
Sophomore keeper Madi Kerr also recorded her first shutout on Varsity. We expect to see great things from Madi in the coming years.
