The Lady Wildcats continued their winning ways at the EIAC Conference Championship hosted by Rushville at Antler Pointe Golf Club. They were able to shoot their best 18-hole score of the season with a 349 and earn their third straight conference championship.
Dana Branstetter earned her third straight conference medallist and MVP honors by shooting her season low of 79. Four members of the team were able to earn All-Conference honors: Dana Branstetter, Kendyl Brack, Abby Orschell, and Maggie Brack.
“Needless to say I am very proud of my team today. We knew going in that winning today wasn’t going to be an easy task with some to the rising talent in the conference. It was a tricky course and I feel that we were the team that managed the course the best, which is why we came out on top. My team stepped up in a big way and just went out and took care of business.”
