The St. Louis 5th Grade Girls Basketball team took to the floor Thursday night against Mt. Carmel at home. The team had an impressive effort on defense and worked well together on offense to come out on top 22 to 14. They improved their record to 2-3.
Scoring for the Cardinals were Isabel Raab with 2 points and Veronica King with 20 points.
The 5th Grade Lady Cardinals are back in action again Tuesday February 6, 2018 at St. Nicholas.

The St Louis Lady Cardinals completed a 3 game week with their third win in a row on Thursday night coming from behind for a hard fought win against the Mt Carmel Vikings. The Lady Cardinals again had a stellar defensive effort that kept them in the game until an offensive spark in the 4th quarter led the Cardinals past the Vikings to a final score of 18-13.
The Lady Cardinals, now 4-1 on the season, are on the road again next Tuesday and Thursday against St Nicholas and Greendale Middle Schools.
